Next Gen Podcast: Where the Grizzlies Stand in the Wild West

The Next Gen Podcast is back and on the Bluff City Media podcast network for the first time!

On this week’s episode, hosts Bryson Wright and Alex Winton recap the last two games for the Grizzlies. Talking Ja Morant’s 28 point 3rd Quarter, Jaren Jackson Jr.’s poster dunk on AD, and Desmond Bane’s 30-point game in Houston.

In segment 2, we take a look at the current NBA standings and give some insight into who the Grizzlies could be playing in the first round. Two of the more intriguing teams would be the Mavericks and Clippers who both have multiple superstars to take on the Grizzlies.

Lastly, we take a look at the Grizzlies next six games as an opportunity to make a statement. The Grizzlies have struggled on the road, and on National TV, four of the next six are both. If the Grizzlies want to back up the “fine in the West” statement from their superstar, winning on this stretch is the start.
