Earlier today, Memphis 901 FC released a statement saying the USL Championship had announced that the regular season game away to Miami FC on May 8 has been rescheduled for Wednesday, August 14. The game was originally scheduled to be played at the FIU Soccer Stadium but will now take place at the FIU Football Stadium.
The game has been rescheduled to accommodate the Round of 32 in the US Open Cup, scheduled to take place on May 7th and May 8th. Memphis 901 FC begins their journey in this year’s US Open Cup on Wednesday, April 17th as they take on amateur side Miami United down at AutoZone Park with kickoff set for 6:30pm (and tickets for $9.01).
Memphis 901 FC’s next league game in the USL Championship is this Saturday on the road at Loudoun United before they return home for the Open Cup game against Miami United. Following Wednesday’s game, they will have another home game at AutoZone Park on Saturday, April 20 against Monterey Bay at 7pm. Tickets are on sale now.
