Tigers Untapped Episode 6: Is 24-3 possible & First Responder’s Bowl Preview

Welcome to Tigers Untapped.  

In the first segment, TJ and Trey discuss the Tigers’ non-conference schedule, specifically on the play of the Tigers during the SEC gauntlet where they went 4-1. They discuss the emergence of Johnathan Lawson and Damaria Franklin during the last few games, and how their play can impact the Tigers the rest of the way. Johnathan, in limited minutes, has shown an ability to shoot the three point shot at an extremely effective rate. His consistency from distance will give the Tigers a much needed boost in that area during conference play. Trey highlights the fact that the Tigers are not underdogs in any game until February 19 against Houston. TJ and Trey speak on how confident they are in the idea that the Tigers could go that deep into February without another loss.

In the second segment TJ and Trey give their preview of the Tiger football team’s matchup against Utah State in the First Responder’s Bowl in Dallas, Texas. TJ gives his score prediction of 45-24 Memphis and Trey predicts a score of 38-24, Tigers.
